The gite accommodation is available for holiday rental during July and August and from the end of October until the beginning of April.

During these periods the on site lake is closed for fishing and parties booking the accommodation will have exclusive use of the whole site.

Many of our previous customers have said that the website does not do the venue justice and that it has surpassed their expectations.

Our guests have exclusive use of our modern fully equipped lakeside accommodation, which has its own independant gated access,
and sits only 30 metres from, and overlooking the lake, in a very private sunny location, the 65 square metre property sleeps up to
6 people, with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), kitchen/living room with comfortable  sofa bed, dining area, 32" TFT TV,
DVD player + 100 DVD's, UK freesat TV.

Bathroom with large luxury shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and English W/C. Kitchen has fan oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, crockery, pans, cutlery and plenty of workspace and cupboard storage. The gite is double glazed and well insulated and remains cool in summer and warm in the cooler months with heating in all rooms. The accommodation is maintained in immaculate condition and is thoroughly cleaned every week - you will find it in spotless condition on your arrival.

Gas, electricity and bed linen (not towels) are all included in the price that you pay. Outside you will find a terrace with gas barbecue, table and chairs with parasol and the lawns which lead down to the lake. Next to the terrace is the above ground swimming pool which is solar panel heated, and adjoining sun patio - a welcome luxury extra in which to cool off on those hot days and relax....

The pool will be open from May to October (weather dependant) !

We live on site and are around most of the time for assistance if required.

The accommodation is completely independant and sits in a fully fenced secure site of 10 acres, and is situated on the
opposite side of the lake to our house.

We offer a catering service if you fancy a break from cooking - a full English or Continental breakfast and a 2 course
evening meal are available on request.

IMPORTANT

A maximum of 6 people are allowed on the site.

The gite is a smoke free zone - smoking is not permitted inside.

A cash deposit of € 200 will be required on arrival and will be refunded subject to an inspection at the end of the week, the gite should
be left in the condition it is found on arrival, and we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee which may be subtracted from your deposit.
